Susan Fahey Desmond is a shareholder with Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A. She has been representing management in all areas of labor and employment law since 1985. Ms. Desmond practices in the areas of labor and employment and civil litigation, including representing employers in Family and Medical Leave cases, discrimination claims relative to age, sex, disability, race, religion, and sexual harassment, and handling EEOC charges and other administrative complaints through the administrative and judicial process. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics relative to labor and employment law. She was named Outstanding Young Lawyer of Mississippi from the Mississippi Bar Association, Young Lawyers' Division, and also received an Award of Merit from the Jackson Young Lawyers Association. Ms. Desmond is a member of the American Bar Association, and she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee School of Law.
