This site is owned and operated by Council on Education in Management (Council). Because we gather certain types of information about our users through our Web site, including personally identifiable information, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions pertaining to our capture and use of that information. By using this Web site you consent to the collection and use of this information by Council, as provided for by this policy.

Categories of personally identifiable information collected by this Web site include your name, approving manager’s name and contact information, title, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, and purchase history (referred to below as contact information). If you purchase a product or service from this Web site, we may also collect your credit or debit card number, bank account number, or other information that might aid in collecting payment from you (referred to below as financial information).
Financial information may be used by us and shared with our affiliates or other companies in our corporate family for the purpose of collecting payment for products or services you purchase from us. Use by Children
Consistent with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian email us at registration@counciloned.com and we will delete the information pertaining to the child from our records.
